Please read the following terms carefully before booking your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
- To cancel or reschedule, please contact me directly via the contact form, email, or WhatsApp (details provided on the website).
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.
- Missed appointments without prior notice will be treated as "No Show" and are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
- If your cancellation request is received more than 24 hours before your scheduled session, a full refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed within 3β4 business days of the cancellation approval.
- The refunded amount should reflect in your bank account or payment method within 7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- No partial refunds will be provided for sessions that are started and then ended early.
