This online platform is intended to provide virtual gynecological consultation services to clients seeking medical guidance for women’s health concerns. These Terms and Conditions outline the scope of services and the responsibilities of both the service provider (your gynecologist) and the client.

By booking or using this platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Definition of Terms

• Client – An individual using this platform to book and attend an online gynecology consultation.
• Gynecologist / Service Provider – A qualified and licensed medical doctor specializing in obstetrics and gynecology, offering professional consultations via online appointments.
• Consultation / Appointment – A scheduled online video or audio session between the client and the gynecologist to discuss health concerns, symptoms, treatment options, or preventive care related to women’s health.
• Fees – For clients with Indian bank accounts: ₹500 INR per consultation. For clients with foreign bank accounts: ₹1000 INR per consultation. The fee is payable in advance while booking the appointment.
• Confidential Information – All medical and personal information shared during consultations is considered confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's written consent, unless required by law. (For more information, refer to the Privacy Policy).
• Termination – Either the client or the service provider may choose to discontinue services at any time. A referral to another specialist may be provided if deemed necessary by the gynecologist.
• Platform – Refers to this website and any associated tools used to facilitate online booking, communication, and consultations.

2. Nature of Services

The consultation provided is strictly for non-emergency, general gynecological advice. This includes issues such as general pregnancy consultation, antenatal diet and yoga, menstrual concerns, contraception, fertility guidance, PCOS, menopause, infections, and similar topics.

This platform is not a substitute for in-person medical examination or emergency care. If you are experiencing severe symptoms or a medical emergency, please visit a hospital or contact emergency services immediately.

3. Booking & Payments

• All appointments must be booked in advance.
• Payment must be completed to confirm your consultation slot.
• Rescheduling is allowed with prior notice, subject to availability.
• No refunds will be issued for missed appointments without prior communication.

4. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide accurate, evidence-based medical advice, the nature of virtual consultations may limit diagnosis in some cases. The gynecologist shall not be held responsible for outcomes resulting from miscommunication, incomplete information provided by the client, or deviation from prescribed advice.

5. Legal Status

This service is provided by an individual medical practitioner operating independently. At present, this is not a registered company under the Companies Act. All consultations are conducted in accordance with medical ethical standards and privacy obligations applicable to licensed practitioners.
